  •  2016 Great Lakes International Cider Competition: 8 Medals
  •  2015 Great Lakes International Cider Competition: 5 Medals
  •  Total 18 Medals - currentlly at #11 overall.
 
My Cider
 
  • I have made Cider since I was 13 years old, starting in my dad's barn in Germany. Yes - that was legal. 
  •  I now fondly grow my Cider Apples, mostly varieties that I grew up with in Germany and their crosses. I have made cider and won medals with bought juice & apples too. 
  •  I have continued to make cider with commonly available apple juice ever since I moved to Michigan in 1998.

  • I am a business consultant and make cider on the side. 
  •  I specialize in digital marketing for small to medium size businesses
  •  I have a Masters in Physics and an MBA -  so THAT explains the geeky talking style
